This cap is a must have for your workout. Keeps sweat out of your face. Also keeps your headphones in your ear...the size fits snug on my head and keeps my outdoor runs streaking thru the wind reducing air drag...I ordered two...this is a solid durable product!

These caps do a great job and serve duel purpose:

1) I sweat a lot and when training during warmer months they keep sweat out of my eyes.

2) they keep my head warm while training during winter months.

These caps a thin and light, and can hand wash or machined.
