Excellent quality - holds shape and cushioned foot

I bought the Red Lion Top Cat #8359 sock from another site - Black/red combo. I bought the smalls (Youth Shoe sizes 12-4) for a 7 year old girls soccer team. The fit was right on. I have a few girls on the team that are on the tall side of 7 or 8 and the socks fit them great. The foot is pretty stretchy and suprisingly thick. That might be the one drawback is that it might be a snug fit if the soccer shoes are already on the small side. The shin panel of the sock has vertical ribbing and holds the shinguard well. They are sharp-looking and the girls looked very official when they all had their matching socks! They seem to have held up well to washing and drying. After about 10 times, they are only about 1" shorter than a new unwashed pair I have, and they are a little "fuzzier" but not pilled. They seem to stretch back to their original size and are not faded in color or worn in the foot at all. Overall, I would say these are great quality socks, maybe just a little thicker in the foot than some parents might be looking for.

Fun Fun Fun

These socks were perfect to go with my sons Raiders uniform. Its nice to have a little fun to go along with the black and white.

Cheap material

My son was so excited to receive these socks but after only wearing them once,they both have holes in them. Needs to be a sturdy material to withstand a child wearing them for soccer.
